This includes overseeing delivery excellence, enterprise-scale deployment programs, cross-functional orchestration, customer value realization, and embedding AI-driven operational efficiency for global clients across media, entertainment, retail, sports, healthcare, education, and enterprise communications.Prior to this, I served as Executive Vice President at Prime Focus Technologies (PFT), leading strategic customer success, global partnerships, and revenue maximization by leveraging CLEAR®, PFT’s AI-powered media ERP platform. I also led CLEAR product development, implementation, support, and program management as Head of the Technology Business Unit.Before joining PFT, I spent two decades with Wipro Technologies as General Manager & Vertical Delivery Head for the Global Media & Entertainment business.
