5G (SA-NSA)- Voice service performance analysis including 5G VoNR, EPS-FB, VoLTE, and CS-FB with an end-to-end log trace. Troubleshooting call setup failures, and call drops to improve customer experience- Cluster level performance analysis of 4CC carrier aggregation combo. I am a thriving telecom engineer currently working as a RAN Performance & Optimization Engineer at Bell, Canada\'s largest telecom service provider.
