As a fourth-year BA LLB (Hons.) student at Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA, I am deeply committed to building a career in corporate law. My academic journey has been complemented by diverse, hands-on experiences that have enriched my understanding of corporate legal practice and enhanced my analytical and problem-solving skills.During my internship at Oravel Stays Pvt. Ltd.(OYO Rooms), I had the opportunity to work closely with the in-house legal team, assisting in the review and drafting of commercial contracts, MoUs, and compliance-related documents. This experience gave me valuable insights into the workings of a corporate legal department and the importance of balancing legal risk with business objectives.Additionally, my internship at the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) provided me with exposure to institutional arbitration, where I conducted research on the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, deepening my understanding of procedural intricacies and strategic case management in dispute resolution.As a volunteer with the Legal Aid Centre at Symbiosis, I have worked to bridge the gap between legal theory and practical advocacy, promoting legal literacy and providing pro bono assistance. This experience has strengthened my communication skills and my ability to simplify complex legal concepts for diverse audiences.What distinguishes me is my ability to analyze complex legal issues, deliver well-researched solutions, and adapt to evolving challenges in the dynamic corporate legal environment. Beyond academics, I have embraced leadership roles and actively participated in moot court competitions and debates, honing my critical thinking and public speaking skills. As the former Public Relations Head of the Rotaract Club of Noida Youth, I led initiatives like Delhi Police Week to empower marginalized communities.With a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, I am eager to contribute my skills and passion to corporate law teams and to make a meaningful impact in the legal industry.
