President and CEO of Armateurs du Saint-Laurent/St. Lawrence Ship Operators since December 2025, I provide strategic leadership to a rapidly growing association that represents maritime transportation interests along the St. Lawrence in Quebec, Ontario, the Great Lakes, atlantic provinces and arctic canada. I draw on extensive experience in finance, business development, and government relations to strengthen the organization’s positioning, enhance its influence with public decision-makers, and consolidate an expanding network of members and partners.My mandate builds on a career rooted in organizational transformation and the advancement of economic priorities, including eight years as Member of the National Assembly for Laval-des-Rapides and Parliamentary Assistant to the Ministers of Economy, Innovation, Exports, and Finance, where I helped shape several major economic strategies for Quebec. I also served as President and CEO of the Québec Latin-American Chamber of Commerce, where I led the implementation of action plans, secured structuring partnerships and funding agreements, and acted as a public spokesperson with business stakeholders and public institutions.At the helm of St. Lawrence Ship Operators, I have contributed to doubling the membership base between 2024 and 2025, significantly increasing the number of corporate sponsors, and establishing more than fifteen strategic partnerships with sectoral associations in Quebec and Ontario, thereby considerably expanding the association’s reach. Under my leadership, total revenues have grown sharply and net results have improved substantially, restoring the organization’s financial health and enabling reinvestment in its public affairs and advocacy capacity.Convinced that maritime transportation is a key driver of sustainable prosperity, I work to align our members’ priorities with those of governments, regulatory authorities, and logistics partners, particularly on issues such as cabotage protection, pilotage modernization, Arctic navigation, green transition, and funding for maritime training. Fully bilingual and globally minded, I rely on dialogue, collaboration, and the development of high-impact initiatives to position St. Lawrence Ship Operators as a leading voice with decision-makers and to generate tangible value for the entire maritime ecosystem.
