Most recently, he led construction oversight for a pioneering hybrid office building utilizing Cross Laminated Timber, Mass Timber, and Steel near Marina del Rey.    In close collaboration with design architects, Saul is responsible for managing, coordinating, and producing drawing sets for a variety of large-scale commercial projects, including mixed-use developments, high-end retail establishments, and restaurants, ranging in size from to square feet. In addition, Saul is tasked with conducting comprehensive analyses of project zoning code compliance during the early stages of development, as well as ensuring adherence to IFC/CBC codes throughout the entirety of the project\'s lifecycle. Other key responsibilities include overseeing parking garage development, coordinating with a wide range of multidisciplinary consultants, producing construction sets for both plan check and construction phases, and construction administration.
