A servant-style leader with 28 years in financial sales, service and leadership, I have a verifiable strong track record of delivering results including 13 consecutive years of \"Exceeds Expectations\" ratings. Results through relationships oriented means knowing I’m here to serve our members and my teams. An attitude [not] of what can I get out of my organization but what can I add? Holding previous roles as Investment Advisor and Relationship Banker, my first Branch Manager role in 2010 was with the Ventura Branch of US Bank which had consistently struggled meeting sales targets. In my first year, through reviving culture and strategic planning, I led the branch from one of the lowest ranked in production to top-ranked, receiving both the Pinnacle award for outstanding achievement and 1st place in the Regional Captain Shield contest. In 2011, I was recruited to lead the newly opened, high-profile Walt Disney Studios branch of Partners FCU where in 5 years branch deposits grew 93%, net memberships by 90%, loan origination volume by 82%, and had the company-highest average annual Member Satisfaction scores of over 90%. Quoting a former CEO, he said “There’s nobody better than you at reading the data and translating it for staff into an actionable game plan which yielded results”. During this time, I received the Walt Disney Legacy award, Disney’s highest honor awarded to those who “Dream, Create and Inspire”. In 2016, I began the role of Regional VP for Partners FCU serving a critical market population of Disney executives, board members, and corporate employees. The region broke records in several metrics including loan origination, insurance, net memberships, and led in annual Member Satisfaction scores of over 90%. In 2022, I was given an opportunity to take my regional success to a companywide level as VP, Performance and Development where I was tasked with ensuring our front lines were equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to successfully execute on organizational objectives. This role had a great impact and effectively solved for the all-important questions of, “Do I know what is expected of me?” “Do I have the tools necessary to perform my job effectively?” and “Can I track my progress?”. I’ve long seen how caring, inspirational leaders create teams that overcome even the biggest challenges. That is the type of leader I am committed to remaining.
