Reporting to the Managing Director and Group CEO of Gilead Digital Group, led a team of less than 100 technology managers, specialists with responsibility for the design and delivery of technology solutions spanning front, middle, and back office. Responsible for overseeing the group technology strategy and operations across multiple business units and subsidiaries, leading the technical vision and execution for the entire group, and coordinating with different technical teams within each unit while maintaining a unified technology approach. Oversees the current technology policies and creates relevant policies around technology infrastructure in the Group. Research and develop important innovative technology to implement in the company. Continuously educate the team on technology topics in line with ICT Infrastructure services, and keep up to date with the latest technology trends. Ensures data privacy, safety, and communicates technology strategies internally and externally. Oversees budgetary programs in the ICT domain within the group.
