I have over 25 years of developing high-performing people and teams. My experience spans leadership, consulting, coaching, human services, working in various areas such as business, education, sports, social services, and spiritual growth.I have created and directed innovative programs for youth and young adults with special needs, such as the Workforce Development Program and Intervention and Prevention Programs. These programs have enabled hundreds of students to achieve academic success, secure scholarships, graduate, and find meaningful employment.
