As HSSE Manager of the Guatemala and Belize Cluster, I am responsible for the supervision and coordination of health, occupational safety, physical safety and environmental programs within the organization, providing direct support to the General and Commercial Management, personnel Corporate, Aviation Terminals, Transport and Distribution, Commercial Retail, B2B and Lubricants Sales Departments, Engineering & Maintenance Team and Construction Projects.Develop, implement and enforce health, safety, environmental and asset protection policies, procedures and protocols to safeguard our employees, contractors, suppliers and visitors who carry out their activities within the facilities or on behalf of Puma Energy, guaranteeing compliance with local and international regulations and the group\'s global standards.Promote a safe work environment and implement effective safety measures, with a drive towards continuous improvement, constantly evaluating safety measures based on effective risk management and industry standards.Supervise contracts and HSSE management of contractor companies, developing programs and initiatives through which the professionalization of companies and employees is achieved with the aim of preventing workplace accidents.
