Also, acted as a liaison with the Operations team and triaged environment/server-related issues.• Produced and owned the Release Calendar master schedule to monitor progress, track release windows and cycles and manage defects using RAID analysis along the way to ensure seamless deployment and post-deployment support, ensuring that all interdependencies are identified.• Minimized the release effort by 25% within a 6-month timeline and reduced the SDLC life cycle by 3 days for each sprint. Also, streamlined the process by efficiently managing the number of unscheduled requests before and after go-live as well as during the hypercare phase.• Using relevant knowledge and skills, disseminated information, and clarified doubts through demos and presentations within the team as well as collected and referenced data from individual module leads to ensure the project’s growth.
