I currently work as Global Head of Network Reliability Engineering, leading a global team in India & US. I am also responsible for leading technology transformation through automation and open-source NOS adoption. I have 19 years of rich and professional experience in the field of Networking, Security, and Infrastructure design/support. I am passionate about developing Self-healing Infrastructure & networks, that is reducing operational toil and improving Reliability by 100% using Generative AI models, leveraging Anomaly Detection and Autonomous Resolution. Skilled at organization-wide technology transformation and building new capabilities, as I have accomplished at Target & Qualcomm, by developing the capacity of Global NRE operations entirely from India. I am adept at building high-performance teams and transforming organizations.Led network automation teams, to develop Wireless authentication & guest Management software that serves all employees and guests at Target India, resulting in cost avoidance of ~$1Mil. Designed & implemented a 3 MW greenfield Data Center(architect role) & multiple user campus spaces both for Qualcomm & Target. I have extensive hands-on experience in network project implementation, planning, & architecting complex network requirements within tight deadlines. In my current role, I have led teams working on Open Networking, Intent-based networking, Orchestration, automation, and software development/tooling.
