Provide direct support to the Complex Director of Events in planning and executing high-level meetings.• Partner with Catering & Event Managers to coordinate local and social group functions, ensuring seamless communication and execution.• Manage event documentation including proposals, contracts, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), change logs, and reader boards with accuracy and attention to detail.• Serve as a client-facing liaison by scheduling appointments, conducting site visits, and responding to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver exceptional event experiences aligned with resort standards.
