   Roles & Responsibilities Engaged in multiple deliveries like RFDS/RNDCIQ preparation and other Pre-Post site launching activities and special events monitoring. Optimization of Network through KPI Optimization. Worked on multiple T-Mobile special events and engaged with different activities like baseline audit/Hi-CAP/RTT checks from site launch to live reporting & optimization. Preparation of MS1(Prelaunch report) to check Hardware check, RSSI & multiple LTE & 5G KPIs. Preparation of reports of the new swap and On-aired sites and getting approval from the customer. Perform Baseline audit to validate different parameters as per Market area and implement the non-matching parameters values by raising CRs. Analyzed on LTE/NR KPI’s performance (Access Failure Rate, Dropped Call Rate, Handover failures, PCI collision, Throughput, Traffic, NR ENDC Drop Rate). Analyzed and resolved SWAP sector issues by Azimuth/tilt Verification. Check for Handovers within the sectors and neighboring sites. 4G KPI improvement (RRC, ERAB, PS Drop, Handover improvement). 5G KPI improvement (ACC NSA SN Addition Success Rate, NR CAP DL MAC Data Volume MB, NR CAP UL MAC Data Volume MB, NR ENDC Drop Rate, NR ACC SA DRB Accessibility) Identify sector SWAP issues through True Call & IMNOS tool. Checking the existing carrier KPI & new launch carrier KPI for Site level KPI improvement. Preparing MS1 & MS2 closed out package (COP) report and getting approval from customer.
