About Satya Gupta
Satya has been the elected founder President of Association Of Competitive telecom operators(ACTO), an Industry advocacy body of specialised long distance operators in India.He was also re-elected as the Vice- President of ISPAI and presentaly is the Trustee and Vice-President of PTCIF, He is a Fellow and Chartered Engineer of IETE, Member of IRSTE, Member of ISOC. He is the National Managing Committee Member of Assocham and Member of National Telecom committees of FICCI and CII.He is also elected as Dy. Secretary General of ITU-APT Foundation of India. He has also been elected as the Chair of broadband working group of CommunicationsCconvergence Committee of ASSOCHAM.He has been elected as the Co-Chairman of National Leadership Council of Assocham and inducted as the member of Oversight Committee of Govt. of India to implement the National IPV6 Plan under the leadership of Secretary Telecom. He is also the nominee Director in IT/ITES SSC of NSDC, India. Recentaly he has found NGN Forum, India as its founding Secretary General.Specialties: Satya is an ITU expert on All-IP NGN related issues and conducts training programs on various aspects of NGN specialy the Regulatory and Interconnection challenges during NGN migration all over the world.He is also a public speaker on Emerging ICT technologies and Regulatory Ecosystem Reforms and a Key-note speaker at most of the ICT related confrences in India.
