ABOUT SATYENDRA M. TRIPATHI

Satyendra is an Advocate, pursuing litigation and advisory with principal seat ofpractice in Delhi. He appears frequently before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble Delhi High Court and Allahabad High Court, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, National Company Law & Appellate Tribunals and such subordinate Courts, Tribunals and Commissions.He is a post graduate in Intellectual Property Laws from National Law University, Jodhpur. Hestarted his career as an Associate at Chamber of an Advocate-on-Record, practicing beforeHon’ble Supreme Court of India and the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, which augmented himwith substantial experience of handling matters before Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi HighCourt and courts subordinate thereto. Thereafter, he worked with a leading IntellectualProperty Rights firm, Anand and Anand as Litigation Associate, where he assisted inrepresentation, advisory, research, opinion, drafting of pleadings in commercial suits,agreements, maintaining case knowledge for leading pharmaceutical, real-estate and beveragescompanies of the country which was an enriching experience in itself before venturing out his ownlaw practice.In addition to pursuing professional objectives, Satyendra has also authored a Book titled as: Arguendo- A Moot Court Handbook available at
