My Work experience includes:Process layout, System design, Equipment sizing, Logistics study, Process engineering for Steel Making Shop.Technoeconomic Study and Feasibility reports, Tendering and vendor selection for Steel Making Area Presently associated with Centre of Engineering & Technology – Steel Authority of India Limited, Ranchi as Sr. Manager, Steel (Technology). Efficiently handling a team of 8 Members to get deliverables on time. Excellent Process knowledge of BOF Converter operation, Secondary Refining Process and Continuous casting process. Hands on experience in General Arrangement and Layout drawings of plants and equipments of Steel Melting Shop. Hands on experience in Process Engineering, Detail Engineering of Technological Equipment related to BOF (Steel Melting Shop) area, & SRU; experienced in preparing various Technical Specifications. Proficient in designing process and maintaining quality assurance systems & objectives; expertise in analysing projects and using various qualitative devices to ensure constant development of same Skilled in preparing Schemes, techno-commercial feasibility reports, evaluating vendor’s technical offer and vendor selection; managing Approval, Scrutiny of Supplier and Manufacturer’s Drawings Proven experience in assisting Project Manager to prepare appropriate project budget and schedule and ensure adherence to same Strong communication, leadership, analytical, planning, coordination and relationship management skills; self-motivated professional with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
