Satyen Mandrekar is currently the Global Head - Talent Management at Persistent Systems.A dynamic leader, Satyen has been instrumental in driving the operational efficiency through Talent supply chain transformation in his current organization as well as at his previous organizations, Cognizant and Wipro. He is responsible for strategizing and driving workforce management initiatives that ensure the right-fit talent at the right time in the right geography at the right cost. In his earlier roles as the Global Delivery Head for CRM, Satyen was associated very closely with the CXO layer of some of Wipro’s global clients in a governance capacity for CRM on premise and on cloud IT Service delivery. Satyen was part of TCS during the initial stage of his career where he was involved in multiple Consulting and Delivery programs. He was a key founding member in building the CRM practice within E-Business Group and playing an important role in Sales & pre-sales to build the practice.
