Looking after Import Purchase, for ELS under 25‐years‐old BNB Group, having business portfolio in FMCG,Retail, Construction, Pharma with Annual turnover of US$ 350Mn; reporting to Business Head. Responsible for End‐to‐End Procurement starting from Vendor development, Order management, followingup with vendors for on‐time delivery, Price & Contract negotiation with vendors based on market trend. Analyzing the market trend based on seasonal impact to chalk out Procurement Strategy to ensurecontinuous supply of Products/ Machinery/ Services at cost effective level. Liaison with Finance team (Internal stakeholders) for arranging Vendor Payments on time by providingnecessary support to develop sound business relationship with Suppliers (External stakeholders). Co‐ordination with Sales team regarding Material planning to monitor the Articles to be ordered/ stopped/held on based on Market demand and Business Strategy, aiming to achieve better business growth. Liaison in between internal Design team and the Suppliers regarding Packaging Artwork to get the Privatelabel products as per set Corporate Identification Management (CIM) at company level. Co‐ordination with Logistics team to have efficient Supply Chain on place to minimize the Lead‐time aimingquicker rotation of fund blocked since vendor payment stage. Regular interaction with CHA, shipping lines, clearing agents, concerned persons at port along with logisticsteam to control the Turn‐Around‐Time (TAT) throughout the whole process from Order placement toContainer loading to Receipt of materials at warehouse. Liaison in between Logistics team and Suppliers to have proper documents on place for smooth transition. Monitoring Inventory Module in SAP on regular basis in order to optimize Material Requirement planning. Helping Business Head to take several decisive actions by providing on‐time and accurate analysis.
