Leading Transformation division comprised of two branch chiefs and 12 project/product manager executing several modernization projects ranging from 5 million to 80 million. Responsible of all IT systems supporting the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), supporting $22B of annual revenue for the agency, reduces acquisition costs, and streamlines federal procurement that enable the mission needs of the Federal Government. Partnering and collaborating closely with FAS Portfolios and Integrators to develop strategy and framework that will improve the experience for FAS clients/users and increase use of FAS Acquisition offerings through integration of Acquisition System, Catalog Management, and Authoritative Catalog Repository under the umbrella of Federal Market Place Framework. Represent my office in FAS Systems Governance Committee providing Business Capabilities view towards system development. Leading emerging technologies implementations, such as Robotic Process Automation, Distributed Ledger Technology, and cloud solutions to increase portability, efficiency and cost savings. Implemented several strategic frameworks to streamline and bring consistency among projects, budgeting and acquisitions initiatives. Some of them include lessons learned repository, enterprise risk management framework, agile templates, Technology Business Management (TBM) and Zero Based Budgeting.
