Attendance Management & Site HR Coordination• Collaborating with site HR teams to track and validate attendance records.• Addressing discrepancies and ensuring accurate payroll execution based on attendance data.• Streamlining attendance processes to enhance efficiency and minimize errors. HR Operations & Employee Engagement• Maintaining employee records, handling documentation, and supporting HR compliance activities.• Releasing offer letters, managing employee onboarding, and ensuring a seamless integration process.• Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.
