Evaluate vendors and shortlist them for sending Request for Proposal (RFP). Technical bid evaluation: Arrange clarification meetings with bidders• Finalize the Request for Proposal (RFP) document to be sent to the shortlisted bidders [covering commercial, Occupational Health and Environmental Services.
