I\'ve spent 9 years doing the thing most creative directors talk about bridging strategy and craft, and making sure the gap between a big idea and the final frame is as small as possible.I founded The Hyphn in 2020 and built it from a two-person operation into a studio of 8+ team, delivering brand identity, CGI commercials, motion design, and visual systems for Netflix, Royal Enfield, Ultraviolette, Revolt, Bajaj Electricals, Federal Bank, and others. Not as a vendor. As a creative partner who genuinely cared about what those brands were building.Along the way I learned that at a certain level, your taste only matters if you can get a team to execute it with the same conviction. So I obsess as much over how I give feedback and how I run a brief as I do over the work itself.I\'m now looking for a senior remote role with a real brand, one with a product worth believing in, creative ambitions to match, and a team that holds the bar high.
