My role in finance has never been to close books, it’s to help leadership open better decisions.I have built my FP & A and corporate finance foundation from the ground up, starting with the disciplines that make planning credible: strong controls, audit rigor, compliance, cash stewardship, and scalable financial systems.I began my career at Suman Kumar & Associates Chartered Accountants, where I developed deep grounding across high volume accounting, statutory compliance, audits, and ERP implementations. I worked across a client portfolio spanning banking, FMCG, infrastructure, and global enterprises including PepsiCo, Union Bank of India, Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India, Yes Bank, AWL Agri Business, Glory Global Solutions, and DCB Bank. This exposure trained me to produce numbers leadership could trust, audit ready, governed, and decision grade.I directed accounting for more than 24 entities annually and reconciled over transactions each month while maintaining full audit readiness. Beyond reporting, I drove measurable business outcomes by recovering over in receivables, delivering more than in tax savings, and preventing regulatory penalties exceeding through compliance and dispute resolution.From there, I moved into a high growth SaaS environment at Commutatus, where finance had to operate at the pace of product and scale. My role evolved from finance operations into leading the planning rhythm across the organization, building budgets, rolling forecasts, variance frameworks, and cash visibility models leadership could actively run the business on.Partnering directly with the CEO and executive team, I improved receivables by 40% within four months, strengthened liquidity, reduced operating costs by 38%, and led a full cycle ERP transformation that increased reporting efficiency by 25% while enabling real time decision support.To deepen my strategic finance perspective, I completed my MBA in Finance and transitioned into US manufacturing with Alvarado Street Bakery, a legacy worker owned organic organization where financial planning and operational execution are tightly integrated.Today, I lead enterprise planning and performance management spanning budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash flow forecasting, contribution margin analytics, KPI frameworks, and S & OP financial integration.My role is to connect demand signals, operational realities, and financial outcomes, translating them into a forward looking view leadership can act on with clarity and confidence.
