In a career spanning over 22 years, I\'ve held diverse set of roles ranging from an entrepreneurial stint with MIDDS (an education tech company) to leadership roles at Sabre, Retailmenot, Flipkart and Disney Hotstar. During my time there, Flipkart grew from $300 MN to $5 Bn in revenue and Disney Hotstar grew from 50 Mn Monthly Active Users to over 200 Mn MAUs. Responsibilities ranged from product strategy and growth, CRM & consumer life cycle, building/scaling affiliate marketing, and product/distribution partnerships. Managed large teams and P&L in excess of $400 M. Experienced in scaled agile framework and maintaining light and efficient CI/CD processes for quickly evolving product. Experienced in AI, ML, NLP frameworks.Speaker and jury member at several events organized by TiE, AIESEC, and Founders Institute.
