Monitor Veeam Backup & Replication jobs — schedule, verify, and restore backups to ensure business continuity. Configure and maintain Firewall rules, web filtering policies, and VPN profiles for secure remote access. Handle L1/L2 support tickets via Autotask PSA, ensuring SLA compliance and accurate documentation. Perform patch management, antivirus policy enforcement, and security hardening across endpoints. Deploy and manage Sentinel One EDR across all client endpoints — monitor threat detections, investigate alerts, and execute automated or manual remediation as part of MSP security operations. Administer Huntress MDR/ITDR platform — review managed antivirus incidents, monitor Active Directory identity threat detections (ITDR), and coordinate response to footholds and persistent threats across client environments. Utilise Rapid-fire Tools for internal security assessments, network vulnerability scanning, and compliance reporting (HIPAA/PCI/CIS) across managed client networks; deliver risk reports to stakeholders. Manage KnowBe4 security awareness training platform — enrol users, assign phishing simulations, track completion rates, and report on human-risk scores to reduce client exposure to social engineering attacks.
