Purchase fruits and vegetables from farmers, negotiate pricing, and maintain supplier relationships- Monitor market trends, ensure timely delivery, and assess stock quality- Adding Farmer entry in the app- Distributing indent to the farmers via Farmer app on daily basis- Make the Farmer GRN and Transfer Out order through flexi system- Receiving Projected quantity from regional DC teams Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Dehli, Gurugram, Noida etc on daily basis- Supply to the DC teams as per indent received from them on daily basis- Find out new sources to fulfil daily indent quantity- Maintain supply chain in all articles- Complete daily order from the third party labours by sorting, grading and packing-Supply Potato and many more 60 + fruits and vegetable SKUS-Arrangements of vehicles from transport vendor as per location-Ensure supplied quality and quantity is perfect in all manner- Ensure farmer registration on daily basis through the flexi system- Find out supplying farmers on daily basis with help of field Agronomist-Ensure daily billing on time- Daily briefing the third party employees-Ensure Transport and Labour billing every end of the month- Maintain daily fill rate-Maintain DQR Vs AQR Report-Improve quality of fruits to retain customer-Reduce Write-off %-Quality Improvement at CC, Farmer Training, QC assets-To ensure 100% vehicle condition compliance as per process & Temperature Control record -Maintaining Vehicle Dispatch Photos with Each DQR And Temperature Details Of Refrigeration Vehicle-Checked Each Vehicle before loading & shared dispatch photos with Each DQRSet up Organic Collection Centers, work with organic farmers, and provide technical guidance.
