As part of the Finance team, I handle end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations to ensure smooth financial workflows, compliance, and vendor/customer satisfaction.Accounts Payable (AP):•Manage budget uploads in GL and FC to enable timely PO-based vendor payments as per business requirements•Validate Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure alignment with budget approvals•Review and validate Service Entries and support teams in creating them (including YEXP when required)•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to follow up on invoice clearance•Analyze budget requirements against cost expenses for better financial planning•Address and resolve vendor queries by liaising with appropriate internal teams•Validate and close GST mismatch cases to ensure complianceAccounts Receivable (AR):•Validate penny testing files to ensure accurate account setup•Share net recovery files with business teams•Review and validate re-ORN and commission payout cases for accurate receivables reporting
