I am a passionate development professional dedicated to creating positive social impact through education and capacity building. Currently, I work as a Life Skills Educator at Magic Bus India Foundation, where I focus on nurturing essential life skills, improving school attendance, and helping adolescents build confidence, resilience, and decision-making abilities.With a Master’s in Rural Management from Shiv Nadar University, and hands-on experience in community engagement, organic farming promotion (through my internship with SPEED in Ballia district), and grassroots education initiatives, I have developed a strong understanding of how social development programs can transform lives.I aspire to continue working in the education and development sector, contributing to initiatives that enhance the quality of life not only for students but for all members of society. My long-term goal is to help design and implement programs that empower communities through education, livelihood, and life skills development.

Supported learners in building confidence, workplace readiness, and job-oriented skills through interactive training and mentoring, helping them prepare for successful entry into the job market.
