And this is the moola-mantra (a core principle) that I follow in everything.With an academic background in engineering, design and management, I enjoy wearing different hats as I explore solutions for complex problems. My current role at Indegene allows me just this opportunity. I am responsible for growth of Gilead-Indegene engagement in Omnichannel Digital Marketing excellence; ensuring alignment between Gilead\'s vision and objectives and Indegene\'s business goals.I am managing a team of 10 Liaison managers located in Key European and North American Markets who engage with Gilead\'s brand teams and deliver collaterals and services supporting Brand\'s commercial marketing objectives. We deliver these services through an offshore digital production factory.Prior to my career pivot to Indegene, I was fortunate to accumulate over 8 years of rich work experience in design and innovation; 3 years of which were as the Head of Design and Innovation Centre at Parksons Packaging, one of India\'s largest Premiere Packaging firms.I hold continuous learning and compassion as the key factors for my success and always encourage it across the teams that I am fortunate to join.
