I am a Business leader with nearly 3 decades\' experience across North America, Europe, Middle East, and Southeast Asia with deep expertise in Digital Transformation including Artificial Intelligence, Platform/ App Modernization and Rationalization, Packaged Solutions Implementation, Change Management, Value Realization and Talent Management. Around 17 years of my career has been spent with Accenture Technology, serving global clients for several flagship initiatives. In my current role as the Chief Digital Officer at Jio-bp, I am responsible for creating and delivering a Digital vision that produces sustainable business value, competitive differentiation and growth for Jio-bp across Sales, Marketing, HSE, Asset Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, HR and Finance for various lines of businesses. AI solution design, deployment and adoption remains a significant part of my agenda along with platform and apps modernization at scale. Before I joined Jio-bp, I was the CDO at CEAT Limited where I led Customer experience transformation, Supply Chain transformation, Manufacturing transformation leveraging several best in class digital solutions. I also led CEAT to being Lighthouse Certified for its maturity and innovation using AI and Industry 4.0 solutions by the World Economic Forum. Almost 17 years of my career has been spent at Accenture serving clients across the globe. As a Managing Director, my responsibilities included managing a complex portfolio running in several multi- million dollars with special focus on Digital Transformation programs ( across B2B & B2C Customer experience, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics ) with P&L responsibility for my portfolio. My client portfolio spanned across Consumer Goods, Chemicals, Oil and Gas, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Utilities, Metals and Mining clients. As a leader, I am passionate about mentoring and coaching and growing new leaders. I develop trust based relationships with my people as well with my clients and other stakeholders.
