Responsibilities:\\\\n\\\\nInitiate orders of Background Verification, Drug Screening, Education Verification, Employment Verification, etc. for new placements on different vendor portals\\\\n\\\\nVendor Management\\\\n\\\\nFollowing up with vendors on pending orders; expediting them as and when necessary\\\\n\\\\nFollowing up with consultants for missing information, or, for required documents to complete pending Background Checks\\\\n\\\\nFollowing up with consultants to ensure timely completion of Drug Tests\\\\n\\\\nApproving or rejecting consultants based on company policies and compliances, as well as FCRA and EEOC guidelines\\\\n\\\\nSending across daily Reports to Account Managers to coordinate on status of pending or completed Background Checks and Drug Screenings\\\\n\\\\nMaintaining and compiling client-requested documents for Audit purposes\\\\n\\\\nHandling consultant calls/queries as and when necessary\\\\n\\\\nEnsuring timely completion of all orders for consultants to onboard on time.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
