I am deeply passionate about agriculture development and have garnered two years of diverse experience in both the agri-input and development sectors. I served as the CEO of a Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) established under the Central Sector Scheme, where I led various initiatives to promote sustainable agricultural practices and enhance farmer welfare. Currently, I am the Senior Manager at Livelihood Alternatives Pvt. Ltd, overseeing 30 FPOs under the SoA CBBO framework. Additionally, I am responsible for managing a CSR project supported by BRPL, which is being implemented in the Keonjhar and Jajpur districts. Through these roles, I remain committed to driving impactful and sustainable growth in the agriculture sector.
