Ensure smooth start-up of new equipment together with Equipment vendors.• Introduce new processes and technology for automation of Equipment.• Co-work with R&D, Process engineering & Industrialization teams to ensure successful and timelyprocess transfer and qualification.• Establish all Equipment specifications, troubleshooting and PM procedures, and ensure the compliancewith corporate safety requirements and procedures.• Raise with equipment vendors, cleaning vendors, service vendors and spare parts supplierscontinuously to develop new methods to achieve low-cost excellence• Maintain optimum utilization of equipment and resources and constantly review methods of OEE (OverallEquipment Effectiveness) management to reduce tool downtime and increase equipment throughput.• Ensure compliance with company Lean Maintenance strategy and initiatives• Own & Lead key projects such as NPI, Productivity, Yield, Cycle time improvements on Critical ModuleEquipment like Laminators, Stringers, Sun flasher, etc,• Lead and drive the team of Engineers to participate in all Capex, NPI projects• Introduce new improved machine solutions to Reliance New Energy – Solar Modules manufacturing• Ownership of Equipment localization roadmap for Modules.• Possess hands-on experience / strong capability in equipment troubleshooting, engineeringmethods for equipment controls involving PLCs, PCs, and Robotics• Hands on experience in Design, Development & Implementation of Continuous improvementprojects, installation of new equipment• Experience on Laminators, Stringers, Sun flasher Process & Technology
