NHQ - Tower Field Operations• Responsible for Operation of 3.4 Lacks Tower Network Availability & Maintenance of RJIO PAN India Sites.• 25K Solar Sites Maintenance,Monitoring KWH Generation and Saving of Energy cost.• Support extended for Partner support, AMC, CMC & required R&M activities of power assets• Ensure infra uptime by 99.90% Infra Uptime, Hub sites outage control and repeat failure sites & Ensure Stability of Network.• Prepare tower budget and monthly SP billing for tower.• Plan, control and monitor of Energy management, • Opex Control ( ID to OD Project, Solar O&M, Lithium Utilization, Load Optimization,Power, Optimization )• Monitoring PM, CM & DFT. • OEM Vendor Management • Handle critical utility alarms clearance and ensure RCA for repetitive alarms• Ensure PM compliance with in SLA of all infra equipment\'s.• Conduct performance analysis and ranking.• Execute quality audit of technical completion completed sites.• Ensure power upgradation to small facility.• CAPA drive for control fire incident at Tower sites.
