Team Leadership and Management:Lead a team of mechanical engineers and designers in creating designs for HSG and coating machines.Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure efficient collaboration within the team.Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.2. Machinery Design and Development:Oversee the design of High Shear Granulators and coater machines tailored for pharmaceutical applications.Ensure designs address critical aspects such as uniform granulation, efficient drying, coating uniformity, and material compatibility.Optimize machine performance for batch processing while maintaining GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance.3. System Integration:Ensure seamless integration of HSG and coater machines into complete pharmaceutical production lines, including upstream and downstream equipment.Collaborate with automation and control teams. Compliance with Industry Standards:Ensure designs comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations, including FDA, EU GMP, and ISO standards.Incorporate hygienic design principles, such as cleanability, minimal contamination risk, and validation requirements.5. Engineering Analysis:Review and approve engineering calculations and analyses, including stress analysis, vibration analysis, and thermal performance studies.Validate designs using simulation tools such as FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics).6. Prototyping and Testing:Supervise the prototyping of new designs to validate functionality, efficiency, and compliance with design specifications.Oversee FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) processes.
