   As Mentor, my responsibilities are,a) Guidance & Career Planning: Help students understand available professional paths, define career goals, and create a personal career roadmap.b) Session Structure: Conduct five 1-hour Zoom calls over 2 months, covering topics like personal journeys, education, and career advice.c) Actionable Advice: Assist students in identifying steps needed to achieve their goals and how to overcome specific, foreseen adversities.d) Empathetic Support: Act as a role model, providing encouragement and a supportive ear for students who may not have access to professional role models.e) Follow-up: Review students\' updated personal career plans after each session.
