Engineering design change or from the client on Locomotive Cabs and Off Heavy Vehicles. Understanding the ECR Requirements & Developing Part Level, Assembly Level Models using NX based on manufacturing feasibility & standards. Producing 2D & 3D Drawings as per ASME Standard with Proper Welding, Manufacturing Instructions & GDI & T. Designing Sheet Metal, Casting, Models as per client requirements. Understanding new requirements and issues in Locomotive through client interaction. Generating Mechanical/Electrical routing by deformable hose or cables. Handling top & bottom level assembly Re-structure assembly as per the installation order (like Welding, Bolting, Painting/e-Coating, Equipment Installation & Labeling). Working with Global Design team (USA & China) & Shop Floor (Manufacturing) team. Constructing Weldment for various CABs in Locomotives & Handling. BOM using Teamcenter. Referring client standard master Chart & Process for releasing engineering model & drawings in DRS by ECN release process & AWS tool. Formulating purchase spec. Documents based on intermediary/vendor products.
