Support the Task Team Leader in drafting the Project Operational Manual for a ₹220 Cr Climate Resilient Agriculture (CRA) sub-component of the Bihar Water Security and Irrigation Modernization Project, ensuring alignment with project objectives and local needs.2. Develop a comprehensive budgeting framework for the CRA sub-component, aligning financial planning with strategic implementation targets.3. Coordinate with Government of Bihar stakeholders to facilitate timely implementation of climate-resilient agriculture initiatives across project districts.4. Assist in designing the Bihar Center for Climate Resilient Agriculture Systems (BCCRAS) to lead state-level execution and monitoring of CRA interventions.5. Facilitate private sector engagement and investment (including carbon financing) in climate-resilient agriculture innovations.6. Draft detailed Terms of Reference for Implementation Support and Technical Support organizations and consultants to drive project implementation and innovation.7. Contribute to the preparation of presentations, progress reports, and coordination mechanisms to effectively communicate project status and outcomes.
