Pre-construction package review of new site Build – Technical Aspects like Antenna separation verification w.r.t to RF Data sheet, Conduit planning check as per construction drawing and Tower drawing. Identifying and preparing Environmental Triggers Checklist based on construction drawing scope of work – crane/Aerial lift height, Drilling, Welding, existing building penetration & battery Work. Prepare and review construction packages to start construction (Site acquisition and release to Construction). Reaching and continues follow up stake holders for Construction drawing, RF Data Sheet, Structural and mount Analysis report, Power study, Environmental Triggers Checklist, Permit – Building, Tower Owner / LL NTP – Land load notice to proceed, CNTP – Construction notices to proceed, RF safety plan documents. Adding Site construction fees under Estimation as per the quotation received from Vendor and process the check request through Telescope. Material Scoping & identify long lead items for site construction into DSCS (Digital Supply Chain System) and co-ordinate with Procurement team for on time delivery to the site. Compliance Package: Review & prepare pre- and post-con compliance package (Height verification form, Radio Frequency Safety Audit Report, Battery and Generator form) and data base update in Client interface – IWM (Integrated Workflow Manager) in (Site manager & NRC). Site manager is for HMIF & RFDS task related work & NRC is for RFSAP & HVF related work. Turnover Package: Reviewing the VQA (Video Quality Audit) and preparing the As-Built drawings in AutoCAD. Ensure the Package includes As-built construction drawing, As-built RFDS, Final Inspection report, Generator Fuel check list. Coordinating with the General contractor for the closeout documents. Coordinating with Procurement, Contracts & Project Controls teams prepare the check requests and change order requests of GCs in telescope for their final billing.
