Led development of Marketing Data Foundation (MDF) BI application, which aggregates data from internal applications like Roundel Cerebro and external/social media platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, Google, Snapchat, Criteo, and Citrus. As a result, Our Analysts, and data scientists gained the capability to regularly analyze the performance of marketing promotions across multiple platforms. This enabled them to enhance promotions and campaigns, leading to significant increases in sales, amounting to millions of dollars.• Led design, development, and deployment of Business Intelligence (BI) applications for financial systems including Gross Margin, Financial Planning System (FPS), and FCS (Financial Forecasting application). Gathered requirements from BI users, profiling source systems to comprehend data relationships, application logic, and dependencies. Developed STM documents, designed BI reports, conducted proof of concept (POC), and successfully launched the applications.• Led the development of \'MerchIQ\' engineering solution and its deployment, encompassing Sales, Inventory, Margin, Presentation, Company Space & Planogram planning, Gross Margin, Financial Planning System (FPS), and Forecasting applications within Data Science Teradata platforms. Served as the Program Tech lead, serving as the central liaison between business teams, engineering teams (based in Minneapolis and Bengaluru), Teradata consultants, and MicroStrategy consultants. Spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing pipeline performance tuning opportunities for MerchIQ.• Led team of engineers to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget constraints.• Trained and mentored junior engineers, providing guidance and direction.• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features into existing product lineups.• Developed positive working relationships with stakeholders to effectively coordinate work activities.
