   1) Process and budget owner for Product Safety and Test & Validation for the Level 4 Vehicles. Managing a team of 12 with Managers and individual contributors. 2) Develop the working concepts from cradle to grave for product considering UL4600, ISO 26262, ISO 21448 (SOTIF), ISO 21434/DO326 (Cyber security),MIL 882/ MIL 1472 for Operational, Maintenance, and Non E/E Hazards, and develop team to support the compliance to regulations for roadworthiness for public road usage. 3) Point of contact for authorities (NHTSA)/customers from Product Safety and T&V related topics, new projects, working with industry standard developing organizations (AVSC). 4) Responsible for safety release of Driver less product, complaint with UL 4600 ( working with external auditors to ensure compliance) Developing resource and executing plan. Roadmap for the product from a safety point of view. 5) Development of Safety and Test/Validation organization to support current and future projects. UL4600 certified, executed safety cases with safety operator laying foundation for the driver less safety case compliant to UL 4600.
