ABOUT SATVIK VENKATESH
I am an engineer and scientist with expertise in Deep Learning (DL) for Music Information Retrieval, Audio anomaly detection, and Sound Event Detection. As a DL Engineer at L-Acoustics, I am exploring how DL can be adopted for applications such as room acoustics and live sound. I hold a PhD in Audio segmentation and intelligent mixing from the University of Plymouth. Previously, I worked as a consultant with the Speech and Audio team at Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories. In my free time, I am a drummer and enjoy composing music.
