Monitoring all the supplier performance and presenting the Top Matrix and low Matrix supplier issues in Leadership review. Quality agreement, PPM target communicate to the all supplier\'s (Zero Defect Targets) and get systematic root cause analysis from top 5 worst supplier\'s to improve overall performance Responsible for chronic Quality issue action representation in Plant Head Weekly Quality review meeting. Communication with regular and CKD supplier, with regular teleconference and Teams meetings to resolve the quality issues and the understanding the current quality levels and future plans for improvement in quality. Drive change management related to Supplier Change Management in plant Identify, investigate, and resolve supplier technical and/or system issues related to product or process realization to support an effective PPAP and uninterrupted supplies. Responsible for 65 suppliers based in India, Germany, Italy, Taiwan, Malaysia, Switzerland supplying to Dellorto India Plants all over globe for their Quality issues, PPM reduction activities and PPAP’s Quality Plan for individual Parts, Finalization of Quality Plan with Supplier concurrence. Follow-up with supplier for Gaps closure which is identified during initial assessment and verification of the actions initiated at supplier end. Working with suppliers for reduction in Line PPM & Line Stoppages due to Part Quality Issues. Monitoring suppliers Performance Ratings & working with Suppliers to upgrade their Quality Performance Supplier up-gradation from RED-YELLOW-GREEN and sustain- through Dellorto (Vendor system Audit) Program New Supplier development through Self-assessment & follow up of actions for improvement. Auditing & Implementation @ Suppliers as per VDA 6.3 requirements (VW Specific Suppliers)
