ABOUT NINO RODRIGUEZ
I am a scholar-practitioner focused on improving the well-being of boys and men as they navigate their social and cultural contexts. My research examines the systemic barriers that shape pathways to self-actualization across the Black Diaspora. Using qualitative and community-engaged research, I amplify lived experiences to inform the development and evaluation of programs, policies, and institutional practices that support healing and liberation. My work sits at the intersection of research, program evaluation, and public policy, advancing sustainable systemic change that enhances the quality of life for boys and men, their families, and their communities.
