Successfully integrated E*Trade with Morgan Stanley’s UC, AV and Collaboration network after the acquisition-Cisco WebEx Calling-MS Teams voice-UC, Telecom automation via Python-Cisco CUCM, Unity, UCCX, UCCE, CER, Cisco UCS, Expressways-Oracle SBC’s-VMware vSphere-ZOOM Workplace-Google Workspace-Slack-Audio / Video Infrastructure Migrated 8K+ Slack users to Microsoft Teams for universal Teams adoption across the firm. Transitioned 8K+ admin users and 2K+ CC agents by building Python scripts and automating voice/UC tasks. Engineered, migrated UC services from Slack and MS SFB to Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams and Zoom Workplace. Engineered the UC connectivity for Genesys CCaaS, which unified all BUs under one CCaaS solution. Designed and built SIP trunks to resolve E*Trade - Morgan Stanley’s complex inter company call / media routing. Upgraded Cisco CUBE\'s, Oracle SBC’s and intermediary GW’s code to address resiliency issues between DCs. Implemented new Expressways, so, E*Trade CC agents can seamlessly login to Morgan Stanley’s environment. WebEx calling and MS Teams Direct Routing for ease of integration, efficient utilization of PSTN and significant cost reduction.
