AmbiOS provides real time air quality monitoring data using DePIN network across US and Europe.I lead the finance operations, accounting, cash flow management, and supply chain functions. As an add on role, I am also responsible for the legal function including drafting and negotiating contracts, compliance, etc. I am actively involved in corporate structuring, B2B and B2C pricing, cost management, and fund raise. We raised $4M of SAFE.
