Worked for a startup from 20••••08, as a team developed ERP software solutions for SMEs, partnered with SAP for SAP Business One in 2006, as a team we grew company from 5 to 80 people, 200+ customers in India.Joined SAP in 2008, worked with great minds at SAP and SAP Business One partners across UK, Belgium, Africa, Israel, India. In my recent role at SAP, worked as SME SME Solution Expert Head, SAP India. My focus has been on SAP Business One and SAP Business ByDesign partner development, pre-sales, product management, digital transformation programs, design thinking, new business models and helping partners build IP on SAP Cloud Platform and other hyperscalers. Beyond India Market Unit, I had the opportunity to roll-out key initiatives across APJ & Greater China with the support of colleagues from APJ & GC, Global. As part of my local, global roles at SAP, created initiatives to drive SAP solution adoption across partners and customers. Had the opportunity to travel to Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Korea and China as part of initiative roll-outs. Had travelled to Germany, Ireland and USA to participate in management workshops and team meetings.Proficient in SAP Business ByDesign, SAP Business One, SAP HANA, C, C++, PowerBuilder 8.0, Java, Sybase ASA, MS-SQL Server.Over the years, gained experience in solution design & development, pre-sales, applications integration, project management, partner management and team development.
