Independently conducting matters towards provisional relief of containers by applying before High Court. We also have conducted matters towards NDPS and GST, followed by DRT, NCLT, DRAT, NCLAT. Collaborated with Lexprime Law firm, Fort for conducting matters of Customs including Quashing order rendered by authority towards Demurrage charges and destuffing charges, towards release (temporary) from High Court containers which are parked in CFS for clearance. Practiced in Association with Advocate with Adv. Nilesh Ojha in his association with the renowned OJHA N.G.O, Sonawala Building, Besides Bombay Stock Exchange, Mumbai.
