Who am I?I am Satish Kumar Yadav, a dedicated Metallurgist with over a decade of extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industries. Currently, I serve as the Special Metallurgical Process Head at Tata Advance System Limited.I have a strong background in R&D and quality control of investment casting, powder metallurgy, forging, and heat treatment processes for various components, such as blades, vanes, discs, radomes, and penetrators. I have also acquired multiple ASNT NDT Level II certifications in liquid penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing, and ultrasonic testing. I am proficient in using various tools and techniques, such as metallography, spectroscopy, tensile testing, grain size testing, and swab etching, to evaluate the material characteristics and performance. I have contributed to the successful completion and delivery of several critical and challenging projects, such as LRSAM, BrahMos, Astra, and Adour.
