Prior to it, I was managing Partner at OutGrow Academy, an IT Education venture in partnership with leading IT education provider, Aptech Computer Education to address the skill-gap between Industry & Academics. 20+ Years of experience in IT Industry diverse roles - Practice head, Solution Delivery Head, Deal Architect, Domain Transformation Specialist, Lead running domain Consultant, solution architecture, program & project management. Contributed significantly to the growth of multiple accounts over the years through entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on leadership, diligence and domain experience. Good Global work experience, lived in USA, Canada & Sweden for 6+ years In my last role at a Tier-1 IT Service provider, I lead core-Practices of OSS, BSS and SDP with responsibility of pre-sales & solutioning covering entire gamut of BSS, OSS & SDP. Lead solution of complex system integration, business transformation & managed services programs in North America & Europe. Have gained significant experience from Winning & Loosing large deals of 50M & 100M+. Specialization in telecommunication industry with well-rounded experience from network layer to operations and business support systems. 4 Years of experience in Kindergarten Education ( Supporting my wife in running a kindergarten school, my responsibilities being marketing, finance and vendor management). 5 years of retailing experience from my youth days from my family business. On the social front, I like to support children education. I would also like to engage for improving Organ Donation awareness in India as it is very pathetic at the moment.
